Refund policy

Our products are generally non-refundable, unless damaged or otherwise defective. No refunds will be made after 30 days from the purchase. Contact smudgefirst@gmail.com for information about refunding your item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Photo proof is always needed. Refunds are only approved by Smudge First.

Cancellations / Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after will be denied because orders will already be processed.

We do not accept exchanges.
