Shipping policy

Shipping for Smudge First products generally takes anywhere 3-12 business days based on items ordered and quantity. 

• If items are shown delivered (to the address you provided during checkout) then it is assumed delivered. The responsibility is on the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is put in place before ordering. We cannot help with orders that show it's already been delivered. You can check with your local post office, provide your tracking number and confirm delivery.

• If you have problems with items being stolen in a communal postal unit - please input a secure/safe location as we are not responsible for stolen items.

• We are not responsible for customers inputting the wrong address and a failed delivery.
